250 grams of chocolate (dark or milk) (drops or diced)
1.5 teaspoon of starch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 packet of vanilla
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1.75 cups of sifted flour
(1 cup = 200 ml)
Instructions
Mix the butter and granulated sugar in a deep bowl with a spatula until it becomes creamy. Then add the egg and vanilla and continue mixing.
Add the sifted flour, starch, baking powder, and salt and mix well again.
Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix well. If possible, rest the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
After removing it from the refrigerator, take pieces of dough with a tablespoon and roll them with your hands and place them on a tray with greaseproof paper.
Finally, bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 15 minutes in a controlled manner. Enjoy your cookies.
